Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on UVASTRA and how cancellations are handled. It should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancelling an order
- You may request to cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us as early as possible by email at support@uvastra.in or on WhatsApp at +91 93926 07117, with your order details.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; you may instead follow our return process after delivery, where the item is eligible.
Cancellation by UVASTRA
UVASTRA may cancel an order in cases such as the product being out of stock, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or where delivery is not serviceable to your location. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If you have already paid for an order that is cancelled (by you before dispatch, or by us), the full amount is refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Refund timelines and methods are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
