Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add the sarees you like to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Enter your name, mobile number, and shipping address, then complete payment securely to confirm your order.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your payment is successful, your order is confirmed and we share updates on your registered mobile number via WhatsApp.

Shipping

What are the delivery timelines?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,999. A flat fee of ₹199 applies to orders below ₹2,999. The final amount is always shown before you pay.

Returns

Can I return a saree?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are returned at no cost to you.

Refunds

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Paid orders that are cancelled are refunded in full. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through an authorized payment gateway, supporting UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets. We never store your card, UPI PIN, CVV, or net-banking credentials.
